Hi Suzanne! I'm funny with peppers. I try not to be too judgey. Before I met my wife, I used to gobble hot peppers with abandon. When I was a kid, I used to eat pickled jalapenos right out of the jar. Learning to cook without peppers was a process. It's not a big sacrifice to give them up. When she ate that peppery miso soup, my wife was out of work for two days to recover.

My wife was the one who got me hooked on Bob Dylan. Yeah, that whole Blood on the Tracks album is great.
