I used to shop at a Safeway in Seattle, WA. They have an on-site bakery, offering freshly baked bread. I did learn you have to watch them, though. One day I caught them microwaving day-old bread to fool the customers into thinking it was fresh from the oven. I stopped buying their bread after that.
